Scholar Spectra Group

I started a small blog about one of my hobbies, and at first I enjoyed writing every post myself. Now my work schedule is busier, and new drafts keep sitting unfinished for weeks. I have been wondering whether I should pay someone to write blog posts while I continue planning the topics. I have never worked with another writer on my blog, so giving up part of the process feels strange. Has anyone tried this? How did you make sure the posts still felt like they belonged on your blog?
