This Policy applies to all Users of the Platform.

Scholar Spectra NEET/JEE Training Academy owns and/or manages several platforms (other than the Platform) that offer various services related to educational technology solutions. These platforms may be operated by Scholar Spectra or its affiliates and subsidiaries ("Scholar Spectra Group Platforms"). Each Scholar Spectra Group Platform has its own published privacy policies. Therefore, this Policy specifically applies to the collection of your information through the Platform and does not extend to information collected through other Scholar Spectra Group Platforms. You may have the option to access and view the Platform as a guest without creating an account or providing any Personal Information. Scholar Spectra NEET/JEE Training Academy does not validate or take responsibility for any information provided by you as a guest, except as required by law, regulations, or orders from competent authorities. However, to fully access all the features and benefits of our Platform, it is necessary to create an account. During the registration process, you will be required to provide certain Personal Information as needed, while other information requested on the registration page, including the option to receive promotional offers from Scholar Spectra, is optional. D. Use of the Platform/Services by Children

Instead, only your Parent or legal guardian ("Parent") can register on the Platform on your behalf, agree to all Platform Terms, and provide you with access under their guidance and supervision.

Information when you communicate with us: When you contact us with questions or requests for assistance, we retain the correspondence, including email addresses and phone/mobile numbers provided during communication. We may also collect your Personal Information or other details when you participate in surveys, contests, events, or communicate with us through forms, emails, or phone calls.

  5. Information related to location: If you choose to provide location-related information, such as GPS access, we may offer customized services relevant to your location.

J. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Scholar Spectra NEET/JEE Training Academy acknowledges and respects the consumer rights and requests granted under the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act). As a California resident, you have the following rights:

a. Request to Know: You can request the following information regarding your Personal Information: (1) Specific pieces of Personal Information collected about you. (2) Categories of Personal Information collected about you. (3) Categories of sources from which the Personal Information is collected. (4) Categories of Personal Information about you that have been sold and the categories of third parties to whom the Personal Information was sold. (5) Categories of Personal Information about you that have been disclosed for a business purpose and the categories of third parties to whom the Personal Information was disclosed. (6) Business or commercial purpose for collecting, disclosing, or selling Personal Information. (7) Categories of third parties with whom we share Personal Information. Our response will cover the preceding 12-month period from the date we receive a verifiable request.

b. Request to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of certain Personal Information collected or maintained by us. We will delete your Personal Information from our records and direct any applicable service providers to delete your Personal Information from their records, unless an exemption applies under the law.

  1. Submission of Instructions: You can submit a request to know or request to delete by sending an email to info@scholarspectra.com or by mailing a request to Scholar Spectra NEET/JEE Training Academy, [Address]. Regarding deletion requests, we may provide you with the option to delete select portions of your Personal Information, but a global option to delete all Personal Information will be prominently presented.

  2. Verification Process: We are obligated to verify the identities of individuals making requests to know or request to delete. To verify your identity, we will match the identifying information provided in your request with the Personal Information we already have on record about you. This may include your name, email address, and mobile number (if voluntarily provided during registration or platform usage). If we cannot verify your identity, we will inform you. Please note the following:

  • If we cannot verify the identity of the requester for a request to know categories of Personal Information, we may deny the request. In such cases, we will provide a copy of or direct you to our Privacy Policy.

  • If we cannot verify the identity of the requester for a request to delete, we may deny the request and explain the lack of reasonable methods to verify the identity.

  1. Authorized Agents: Authorized agents may submit requests through the provided methods. If you use an authorized agent to make a request, we may require you to: (1) provide the authorized agent with signed permission to act on your behalf; (2) verify your identity directly with us; and (3) directly confirm with us that you have authorized the agent to submit the request. However, these requirements may be exempted if you have granted power of attorney under the California Probate Code.

  2. Excessive Requests: In the case of repetitive or manifestly unfounded requests, we may (1) charge a reasonable fee, or (2) refuse to act on the request and notify you of the reasons for refusal. If a fee is charged, it will be based on the administrative costs associated with providing the requested information or taking the requested action.

  3. CCPA Non-Discrimination: We do not engage in discriminatory treatment against consumers who exercise their CCPA rights. We do not offer financial incentives, price or service differences, or discriminate against users/consumers for exercising their rights under the CCPA
